We help Small Medium business keep their technology functioning such as Windows servers (Active Directory, AD Sync, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, File Shares, etc), Windows (and Mac) Desktop support (Printing issues, Office issues, Office 365 issues, network issues), network support (router configuration), Office 365 (admin and support) and provide helpful advise.

Our clients typically call or email for support where we swiftly reply and typically provide a solution in the first touch.

You are an experienced tech who loves to work independently and has the skill to find solutions. You are an EXCELLENT verbal and written communicator and are diligent at following procedures.

You have years of experience with the above technology and able to manage on your own and work in a team environment as well.

Hours of work will be typically business hours. On the odd occasions there will be after-hour work (emergencies/ special projects).
