What You Will Do:

  • Develop your own book of business through B2B cold calling.
  • Proactively prospect new business opportunities through various proven new business development techniques.Follow up with new and existing clients to provide freight solutions and close dealsNegotiate rates with carriers. Create and build a predictable sales funnel which achieves sales targets
  • Trace shipments until point of delivery and provide necessary real-time updates
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Logistics Coordinators to ensure client needs and expectations are met. Diagnose customer needs and collaborate with internal product and operations staff to develop a potential solution.
  • Accurately enter orders and provide required paperwork to clients and carriers

Salary: $100,000.00 /year


  • account executive: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Duties:

  • Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained
  • Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty
  • Other duties as requested
  • Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account
  • Record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages, adding accounts, and removing accounts as needed
