Core Skills and Behaviours
With support, demonstrates problem solving and facilitation techniques to make feasible recommendations, and guide the business stakeholder conversations on the "what" of possible solutions, in detail, so that the delivery team can then deliver the "how" of the solution
Collaborates with business and other stakeholders to identify business needs, and capture and present business needs
Become familiar with embraces agile values and principles
Demonstrate effective oral & written communication skills
Presents ideas in a clear and concise manner, tailor communication style and messaging to the audience

Job Requirements: Key Responsibilities
Work in collaboration with Product Owner/Business Stakeholders to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program and platform/application requirements as a suite of user stories and/or specifications
Support the Product team members in the exploration of Technology solutions and understand the business unit(s) requirements being supported
Communicate effectively with business to clarify needs vs. wants and likes in order to clarify and prioritize business direction/requirements
Create user stories and acceptance criteria, support delivery estimation, provide a technical perspective and input into design, which includes authoring/validating technical artifacts
Become familiar with and understand technical design documents
Partner with the delivery teams to support System Integration Testing (inclusive of and not limited to identify Test scenarios, write technical and functional test plan, prep data)
Support the creation of functional design documents
Support root-cause-analysis (RCA)
Work with the Product Owner to ensure business/functional knowledge is available for Technology support
