We teach machines how to read, understand, and retrieve information that is vital to business success. We create world-class products that are redefining the way computers search, analyse and understand human language.

We are in search of a B2B demand generation guru to become our B2B Digital Marketing Specialist, reporting to the VP of Growth. Our goal is to significantly increase our B2B revenue, with a focus on several verticals relying heavily on text analytics, sentiment analysis and enterprise search. To achieve this, we are about to introduce innovative and business-focused features and products; we are also beefing up our B2B sales team. You know how to use content marketing to turn heads? You understand B2B lead generation through relevant marketing channels and programs? Then you’re the person we’re looking for.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Working closely with the VP of Growth to prioritize verticals and create demand generation plans to aggressively gain market share with the selected verticals/industries;
Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals;
Create and execute digital marketing plans to drive net new client leads using GoogleAds, LinkedIn, etc;
Must be skilled in content creation supported by SEO/SEM optimization and PPC strategy.
Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance;
Create content marketing plans (whitepapers, webinars, emails, blog posts, etc.) and work with freelancers and vendors to execute and distribute them

Degree, Diploma or proof of skills in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field and/or experience;
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a demand generation role in a B2B company, with a proven track record of creating awareness and leads with business prospects;
Experience with SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, etc.
Hands-on knowledge of various data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Console, SEM Rush, etc.
Hands-on experience with content marketing (whitepapers, webinars, emailing, blogging, etc.);
Excellent writing skills (English); ability to work with designers to create marketing material;
Experience with SaaS and/or software products a significant asset;
Energetic personality with good communication skills; a positive force within a team;
Strong leadership skills and ability to work both autonomously and as a team player;
Logical, data-driven mindset with a significant touch of “creative madness”;
Problem-solving oriented, with a constant desire to improve and achieve higher grounds;
Internet-savvy, with a genuine interest for and a good understanding of computer software and new technologies;
You must be able to understand our products and their markets;
Fluent in English
Proficient with the Microsoft Office software suite.
Location: Our office is located at 5200 Yonge Street, but this position can be done REMOTELY with regular meetings via Zoom and communications over Slack. Preference, however, is still given to candidates who are able to come into the Toronto office occasionally.
