As a Perform Plus Account Executive you will build relationships with existing and new group benefits advisors in the small group market, to sell and renew group benefit plans for plan sponsors with 3 to 49 employees.
Develop and implement a business plan that meets sales, retention and net growth targets
Attain sales objectives and work closely with internal partners to ensure that sales and retention goals are met
Develop and manage new and existing relationships with group insurance advisors and assigned plan sponsors
Conduct regular face-to-face meetings and promotional presentations with advisors highlighting Desjardins Insurance’s group benefits products, services and competitive advantages, and determine added value and fit for clients
Bring the voice of the client to internal partners for quotes, renewals and service-related issues
Represent the Desjardins brand by regularly attending and actively participating in industry conferences and events

Travel Required - A valid G driver's license and access to a personal vehicle is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
A minimum of three years of work experience in a sales environment
