What You Will Bring to the Team:

  • Creating and building relationships with clients by taking on new leads & guiding them through their custom packaging needs
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Following up with customers and clients to deliver the best customer experience
  • Learning about new packaging trends and styles
  • Preparing optimal packaging solutions to meet client budgets, timelines and requirements
  • Enter new customer information into system
  • Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and pushing your limits

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in sales management, sales process cycle & customer support
  • Proficiency in MS Office, type 50wpm, CRM programs/software and Google Applications
  • Knowledge in Packaging & Printing is preferred
  • Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat etc.) Skills is an asset

Inside Sales & Customer Service RepresentativePosition Requirements:

  • Strong command and fluency of the English language (written & verbal)
  • Input and update CRM with Client's information
  • Preparing optimal packaging solutions to meet client budgets, timelines and requirements
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Following up with customers and clients to deliver the best customer experience
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures on pricing, lead times, and order entry
  • Meet sales quotas
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Ability to work individually as well as a team member
  • Work in a team environment and offer assistance to others as requested and required
  • Knowledge of MS Office as well as various business management software an asset
  • Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and pushing your limits
  • Perform Administrative tasks as requested
  • Post-secondary education is an asset

Position Hours:
Work week consists of 40 hours Monday to Friday with a 1 hour lunch
