With support from the Administrative Supervisor, the Administrative Coordinator is responsible for creating daily and seasonal schedules, ensuring the accuracy of payroll, supporting product sales and assist with coordinating functional asset processes for all associated equipment and parts. They will work in conjunction with department Managers, Assistant Managers and Supervisors to ensure that daily and seasonal schedules are manageable for staff and in line with both departmental labour goals and employment standards. The Administrative Coordinator will work with the supervisory team to make sure that payroll is on time and accurate and that all staff information is kept up to date. They will liaise with the necessary departments to coordinate the accurate set up and sales of Kids at Blue and Snow School products.
This is a contract position beginning immediately, ending March 2020.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Prepare and maintain daily and seasonal schedules according to budgets and business levels
Prepare invoicing and track payment of all Childcare products
Assist with all asset management, purchasing and inventory processes of Snow School, Kids at Blue and Summer Programming
Troubleshoot sales and bookings of Kids at Blue, Snow School and Summer Programming products
Keep up-to-date information on all Kids at Blue, Snow School and Summer Program Staff
Coordinate pre-season communication with program participants.
Support and help train the Information and Reservation and Guest Services teams with regards to Kids at Blue, Snow School and Summer Programming products
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
High school diploma equivalent; Post-Secondary Business or Administration education is preferred
One to three years related administrative experience; payroll experience an asset
Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office
