The Quality Associate Summer Student is highly motivated to ensure the quality of our products meets the expectations of our customers. The Quality Associate Summer Student will be responsible for product and documentation quality.   • Able to learn new computer applications, and be comfortable using MS Word and Outlook
  • The candidate must be flexible to work rotating shifts and overtime as required with minimal notice


The experience gained in this position would be most beneficial to those enrolled in post-secondary education; specifically in a science, math, business or technical based discipline. Previous experience working in a fast paced environment would be considered an asset.

Learning and Growth Potential

  • Training in good manufacturing and documentation practices for medical device manufacturing (GMP/GDP)
  • Instruction in the proper use of measurement equipment within the Quality Inspection Lab
  • Understanding of injection moulding and assembly techniques in manufacturing
  • Refine and develop your effective communication skills in a business and manufacturing environment
  • Grow your soft skills in time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization
  • Learn how international standards are applied within medical device manufacturing (MDSAP, ISO 13485)
