Sales Associate- Job Description
CREATES THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE:
Creates an exceptional in-store experience for every customer and models the behaviour for
other store associates. Customer is thought of first. Uses company provided tools to contribute to creating a strong selling culture focused on our reasons to believe: leather heritage, quality craftsmanship, focused aesthetic and uncompromising value. Ensures floor coverage, including front of store presence, to create a welcoming environment (and reduce theft).
ACCOUNTABLE FOR RESULTS:
Accepts responsibility for personal performance results. Demonstrates personal accountability of the results. Completes tasks within assigned timeframes and demonstrates urgency with the customer in mind.
RECEIVES COACHING AND FEEBACK:
In between customers, receives coaching and feedback in-the-moment on what is most effective and what can be done to be even more effective to drive results. Uses coaching and feedback to change behaviours and improve performance and results. Effectively uses company tools in every area of the business – gear ups, coaching, for development. Supports team members.
SUPPORTS STORE MANAGEMENT:
Accepts direction from store management team to achieve key operational metrics.
CONTRIBUTES TO A HIGH PERFORMING TEAM :
Acts as an ambassador for Company Values in all aspects of the business. Communicates effectively with team members to positively influence customer satisfaction. Is accountable for own performance and accepts responsibility for the outcomes of work. Maintains a positive and professional work environment at all times.
ENSURES BRAND STANDARDS:
Executes visual standards as required. In conjunction with store management, ensures store, window, walls and lease line are set up as per direction Store and back room is continuously clean, organized and well stocked. Product on the floor is well represented, well lit and optimized. Demonstrates high energy in current dress code and is focused on creating a unique and memorable experience.
