We are currently accepting resumes for an experienced Data Entry / Customer Service Rep for our Prince George, BC operations.

Nature & Scope of Position

The Data Entry / Customer Service Rep is responsible for handling customer requests and a variety of paperwork in order to support the daily operations. This individual is tasked with order entry, responding to customers over the phone and email, completing reports, and assisting warehouse/drivers as needed with their paperwork. This individual will interact with customers and respond to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner. The Data Entry / Customer Service Rep will work in conjunction with the rest of the office team locally and in other branches to improve efficiencies.

The Data Entry / Customer Service Rep will be expected to maintain the following schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (Tue-Fri 12:00pm to 8:30pm, Sat 06:00am to 02:30pm).

This position will report to the Office Manager in this location.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum two years of data entry and office experience
  • Knowledge of TDG paperwork requirements an asset, but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient reading, writing and speaking English
  • Strong computer and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast paced environment


  • Hourly wage will be based on skills and experience; and
  • Complete Group Health plan & RRSP plan
