The Salesforce Marketing team is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for creating and executing strong, impactful demand generation campaigns.

The chosen candidate will have a proven track record of developing engaging programs that target the SMB and Mid-Market segments to drive net new marketing-qualified opportunities.

Must be an innovative thinker with great experience developing programs to drive solution relevance to new decision-makers, and nurture existing pipeline to deliver outstanding revenue results.

And, of course, someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump right in!

This New Member Of The Team Will:
Turn strategic goals and objectives into scalable, integrated marketing plans that deliver pipeline and ACV across Salesforce’s new and existing accounts.

Be the consummate team player, working closely with the Sales Leaders, Demand Generation team, Events, Communication and PR to:

Develop and execute collaborative programs focused on meeting pipeline goals within key accounts

Identify new prospects and areas/industries of opportunity

Develop relevance for Salesforce in new and existing accounts.

Ability to deliver innovative marketing campaigns from strategy through to execution and performance reporting.

Partner with sales and marketing teams to define a customer’s journey and identify requirements for both current and future state.

Quarterback across the entire marketing and product marketing teams (creative, writers, online, events, PR, campaign analytics, etc) to ensure quality and timely demand generation execution across all internal & external marketing channels.

Ensure Salesforce corporate and industry-specific positioning are incorporated in outbound communications and campaigns.

Manage and own campaign pipeline for effectiveness and results. Develop reporting frameworks for clear communication with sales and marketing leaders on a global level to share performance trends.

Required Experience

7+ years of marketing experience in a demand generation role managing multi-channel marketing campaigns ( ie. events, email, print, digital and/or social media).

5+ years experience developing and executing new marketing strategies and programs for large enterprise-level B2B organizations.

Past experience in using Salesforce is a preferred and knowledge of marketing tools is a plus.

A positive attitude coupled with a collaborative style and a fail-fast mentality.

High energy and the ability to manage multiple initiatives.

Works well under pressure or in a high growth environment that is constantly changing.

A track record for delivering under tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of demand generation and a track record of owning campaigns and driving success.

Strong communication skills including storytelling with PowerPoint, data crunching with Excel, use of Salesforce, etc.

Analytically inclined, exceptional organizational skills with rigorous attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree from a 4 year college/university is preferred but we generally like smart, engaged people.
