JOB TITLE: Hybrid Sales Representative (Inside/Outside Sales)
DEPARTMENT: CPD Canada
REPORTS TO; Regional Field Sales Manager/Inside Sales Manager VAR
SUMMARY:
This is a customer facing position combing sales and customer service. The position requires working independently and along with the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and values. The HSR will manage a group of VAR accounts that have high growth potential from all transactional aspects in addition to visiting them on a semi regular basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Achieve monthly sales and margin goals
  • Ability to complete 100% assigned work while managing time – working (remotely) and visiting customers(80/20)
  • Manages daily transactions including email, quoting and order management
  • Meet customer and company response time and accuracy SLAs
  • Manage territory to ensure all assigned accounts are actively purchasing from D&H
  • Maximize sales potential of each account
  • Achieve opportunity log/pipeline goals in CRM
  • Complete Business Portfolios for all accounts and for any account newly assigned
  • Proactive email engagement
  • Have a high level of responsiveness; respond to all customer requests via phone, email and other methods in an expedient manner
  • Collaborate with the complimentary S&H sales members, specialists, credit and vendor teams to maximize business opportunities and support customers
  • Provide customers with product and service information
  • Project a professional company image in all communications
  • Adhere to all company policies procedures and ethics including company attendance policy

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma
  • 1 to 3 years of sales or phone sales experience (IT reseller, Vendor, Distribution is an assest)
  • Working knowledge of computer hardware
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) of programs required
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use PC, phone, calculator, fax, printer, copier

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

  • Ability to read, write and speak English and French
