Global Digital Marketing Strategy is anchored by customer journeys and client experience. Particular emphasis is placed on Personalization, data-led optimization, broadening reach by efficient content distribution to power an always-on integrated digital experience.

The position of Manager, Country Relations plays a significant role to achieve our vision.
As part of its commitment to investing in digital marketing and better serve internal and external stakeholders, a new role has arisen within the Global Digital Marketing team. Based in Toronto and reporting into the Managing Director of Global Digital Marketing, the role of the Manager, Country Relations is to:
Support, advise and build relationships with member firms at a manager, sr. manager and director levels on matters above and beyond mere general support on tooling and (technical) issue resolution.
While working with stakeholders within Global Marketing and Communications as well as Member Firms, the role must add value by enabling improvements in the overall processes, seizing business opportunities while monitoring excellent client services standards
Participate in the development of various digital strategy plans for global digital marketing while collaborating with the Marketing Technology, Social Media, Content Publishing and Digital analytics team.
Proactively builds and maintains strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and communities of practice
Generate and communicate a clear understanding of Global Digital Marketing initiatives and best practices, and how these initiatives can benefit member firms.
Collaborate, mentor and oversee the country coordinators on maximizing results against their Global Digital Marketing strategies, products and services.
Manage efforts related to home.kpmg and Member Firms’ digital marketing practices including capturing and responding to feedbacks, issues and ideas/requirements.
Work closely with the Director of Social Media and Manager of Content Publishing under the leadership of the Managing Director of Global Digital Marketing and to develop and actively promote best practices in content across KPMG’s network of Internet sites
Enhance the KPMG brand through timely relevant content that meets users’ needs and consistently conveys KPMG’s brand values.
Lead a team of experts responsible for country coordinators. Provide oversight and mentorship to both onshore and offshore teams.
Participate in the development of the digital strategy plans for digital operation based on business and marketing strategies.
Ensure proper maintenance, support and operations of all home.kpmg platform catalog products

What you bring to the role:
Strong familiarity with marketing technology framework and fluency with content management systems
Familiarity with marketing automation techniques and tools
Experience working with senior management, including C-level executives
Demonstrable success in developing and implementing complex (and preferably international) marketing programs – experience of working in a professional services environment will be a distinct advantage
Knows how to add value by enabling improvements in client processes and drives forward innovative solutions which improve performance
Expertise in monitoring client service standards and ability to take action to resolve poor quality service
Builds long-term, trusting relationships with internal clients based on adding value to their business
Track record in perseverance and tenacity
Confident and assertive with excellent influencing and persuasion skills

Keys to your success:
Five to seven years of business experience with a minimum of 5 years of working with online and B2B content
Diploma or undergraduate degree preferably in a digital-marketing related qualification
Well versed in project management methodologies (Agile or waterfall)
Proven project management skills with the ability to get buy-in and support for projects from diverse and often widespread stakeholders.
Experience of the above in a global, matrix context would be very advantageous.
Confident and assertive with excellent influencing and persuasion skills.
Significant personal presence and excellent networking skills.
Flexible and able to operate in the context of very different cultures and national approaches.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Understanding of product development lifecycle an asset
Change management activities experience, and knowledge in product onboarding and adoption methodologies
Experience in producing SLA and tracking reports
Knowledge creating procedures and policies documentation
Ability to organize, coordinate and support training initiatives necessary for product understanding
