Position Summary:

The position requires that the candidate: have an ability to excel in a dynamic environment; have a demonstrated ability to solve problems; be flexible and manage time effectively to meet or exceed deadlines; possess strong organization skills; and work independently as well as within a team.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform and document product testing and debug of all AMC products
  • Provides technical assistance and guidance with other technical personnel
  • Analyze errors in production, and provide feedback for correction
  • Identify and report on all non-conforming components both in writing and verbally to Manager
  • Complete tasks as directed by Manufacturing schedules and within standard time
  • Assist in scheduling testing work load in Manufacturing
  • Calibrate gas detection equipment
  • Debug and repair equipment
  • Work with Engineering Department on functionality issues and procedure updates.
  • Strive to identify opportunities to continually improve the setup and calibration of test procedures used
  • Provide general support to the Manufacturing team and identify bottlenecks if they occur
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all safety guidelines and reports unsafe conditions to Manage


  • Electronics technician / technologist from a recognized College program


  • 2 years electronic testing experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred
  • Experience calibrating instruments preferred
