Site Superintendent

As our next Site Superintendent, you would manage industrial, commercial, and institutional
construction projects with budgets that could range from $3 – 10 million.

Specifically, you would:
Plan, schedule and manage construction projects and crew

Monitor and report on project milestones and performance

Select and oversee subcontractors & oversee contractor agreements

Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control

Keep everyone safe in compliance with laws and policies

Establish schedules being proactive always

This is a full time, permanent position with a salary commensurate with experience. We also offer

You have experience managing industrial, commercial, and/or institutional construction
projects of approximately $5M.

You have experience on Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
construction projects.

You have completed safety training and have a good track record of safety management.

You are experienced with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.


Diploma in Architectural Technology an asset

Safety and technical training an asset

Gold Seal certification an asset

LEED certification an asset

MOL – Supervisor Health & Safety Awareness in 5 Steps mandatory

Safety Training


Fall Arrest

Working at Heights

Lift Training / Elevated Platform training an asset

Knowledge of Construction Regulations “The Green Book” and MOL Regulations

First Aid, CPR, AED an asset

Knowledge of COR Certification

Fire extinguishers, accident investigation, confined space training an asset


You have a valid driver’s license.
