Vernon Toyota is seeking a dynamic individual to fill an Appointment Coordinator position with training starting ASAP. The successful candidate will be filling a full-time permanent position.
As Appointment Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling our Service appointments and following up with our Customers in a timely manner. We are looking for someone that is self-motivated with a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and who enjoys dealing with a wide variety of people every day. The majority of the Service Appointment Coordinator’s time will be spent on the telephone, so excellent phone skills are a requirement of the position, but communicating via email and written correspondence is also required. Other skills we are looking for include the ability to multi-task, input accurate data, satisfy customer requests and learn to use our Dealer Management software. Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is an absolute requirement. Previous experience in the automotive industry is an asset, but not required.
