Real Estate Financial Advisor (Realty, Mortgages, Investments)

We are looking for you, a hardworking professional that is passionate about real estate. You will
service clients and execute business development activities. As a Planulife Advisor you will
be joining our Core operations team that enables us to provide affordable and accessible
financial services to our clients. You will be the main point of contact for your assigned leads solving their realty, mortgage and investment needs.

Responsibilities and Duties
Service clients with their real estate, financing and investment objectives – Requires
calling, emailing and in person meetings. Training will be provided, however, prior
experience is required.
Real estate - Sales and purchase transactions
Financing - Assist in the mortgage process
Investing - Communicate investment opportunities
Lead business development activities to establish relationships with external referral
partners (i.e. Insurance agents, lawyers, etc.)
Report business activities to our web development team to enhance our platform’s
functionality and client experience
Education and Experience
One of the following licenses is required: Real Estate Agent (Preferred), Mortgage Agent,
or Canadian Securities Course
Minimum 3-5 years’ real estate or financial services sales experience, in a client facing capacity (Required)
A post-secondary degree in a related field (i.e. real estate, business, finance, etc.)
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
Track record of meeting and exceeding personal targets
Passion for selling
Positive attitude and resilient
Salary + Bonus position. Base salary may vary on experience level. Annual bonus will be provided based on performance.
