This is not your typical housekeeping position!
We are not a hotel – we have 12 cabins beautifully set by the river in a forest. We can guarantee you’ll be spending some of your time outdoors, rain or shine. Hours are typically 10am-5pm, so no early mornings or evenings, leaving you plenty of time to play in our adventure town on the long summer evenings biking, hiking, climbing or relaxing at the lake.

The Role
Reporting to Housekeeping Manager, main duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Preparing our boutique riverside cabins for guests' arrival. Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, making beds, mopping floors and replenishing supplies
- Maintaining the highest levels of sanitation in cabins, washrooms, and shower facilities at both Sunwolf and Fergie's Cafe
- Removal of garbage from cabins and sorted appropriately as required by our Green Policy
- Extended time on your feet; lifting, bending. Must be able to carry 20-30 lbs
- Work independently at times, and work in teams during busier times
- Light landscaping duties during the summer
- Spending time outdoors! Walking and/or driving around our 5-acre property
Skills and Qualifications:
- Responsible and dependable, and self-motivated
- Great communication skills, with a strong eye for detail
- Lots of energy and a can-do attitude!
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends
- Means of making your way to our location rain or shine (bike or a car)
- Must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status or a valid work permit
