CBV Collection Services Ltd. is a Canadian based, leading provider of collection services for almost 100 years with clients in the financial, telecommunications, and government sectors. We are looking for highly motivated and career-focused individuals who believe in providing the best service and results for our clients as Collection Agents and Debt Recovery Agents.
WHAT THE ROLE IS:
- Connect with consumers via Inbound and Outbound calls for the purpose of resolving delinquent accounts and performing collection actions.
- Work in an automatic dialer environment, servicing a high volume of calls
- Process payments and negotiate repayments.
- Work towards set revenue targets.
- Represent the Company in a professional manner on each call.

- Experience in collections
- Strong communicators and negotiators.
- Strong understanding of the English language.
- Ability to multitask and to produce results in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Strong computer skills – you will be required to maneuver within an automated collection system and/or multiple databases.
