We are the GTA top rated service provider for home appliances, We are seeking for EXPERIENCED Dispatcher /Appointment Coordinator to join our team.

Duties:

Answering phone calls and chatting with costumers.

Booking appointments for service.

Follow up on repairs.

Post complition updates.

Update technicians on daily basis.

Enter information to database.

Manage schedule.

Order parts if needed ( training Will be provided)

Issue Invoices and collect payments when needed.

Supervisioning and Training.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Ability to fast touch typing.

Experience in call center environment including inbound calls, chat and text.

Deep understanding of scheduling, routes and maps.

Touch typing.

Able to learn new software quickly.

Attention to detail.

Able to solve customer problems with a cool head.
