Job Summary

To Perform a variety of clerical and receptionist duties.


-Provides reception coverage, including answering, directing and responding to phone calls, enquiring and visitors

-Data inputs invoices and processes accounts payable

-Order supplies and restocking supplies as required

-Filing, scanning and photocopying

-Performs other related duties as required

Health and Safety Responsibilities

-Reads, understands and complies with Company and provincial mandated occupational health and safety policies and safe work practices

-Take every reasonable precaution of protect the safety of residents, visitor, self, other complete required reports

-Reports near misses, injury, equipment damage, accidents to supervisor immediately and complete required reports


-High school graduation with related experience, including reception and data entry

-Effective oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

-Attention to details and accuracy

-Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Knowledge of accounting programs an asset

-Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Demands

-Lifting, stretching, reaching, bending and sitting on a regular frequency throughout the shift

-Walking (including some upstairs walking)

-Ability to lift up to 15 kilograms
