FlexoPartners Inc. is seeking a success-oriented full-time Inside Sales Representativewith extensive business-to-business (B2B) experience.

Job Requirements

  • A genuine passion for B2B sales
  • Ability to speak clearly with conviction and influence
  • No fear of picking up the phone and making warm & cold calls to any B2B business
  • Consistent high level of energy and focus, to make high volumes of outbound calls daily
  • Ability to learn, adapt and implement quickly
  • Ability to do effective lead research, and manage sales pipeline
  • Ability to “close” the sale
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation and leadership
  • Attention to details and follow-up

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customer base to increase overall sales while promoting the use of newer products
  • Cold call new customers to understand requirements and forward leads to the sales team
  • Manage customer queries related to quotes, samples, shipping, etc. via phone and email
  • Support Sales Team with estimates, samples and other activities

Job Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B business development or sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • B2B business development/sales experience
  • Experience with CRM; tracking sales pipeline and opportunities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
