Great opportunity for an experienced Line Cook - full -time position, year round

Job Description: Produce all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes and techniques of the Inn

Duties: Maintain quality and speed of output. Desire and ability to work as part of a team. Adherence to cost control guidelines. Food handling. Cleanliness.

Competencies: Attention to detail and plating. Ability to work independently. Organizational Skills. Basic food handling and preparation knowledge. Works well under pressure. Reliable.
Rate of pay will be determined by experience. Line cook experience is required.
