We have an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Office Administrator at our Sarnia Office.

Pay rate: Salary

Dispatch & Customer Service Duties:
Monitors and tracks progress of drivers, using a 2-way radio, throughout the work day in order to ensure timely completion of assigned routes
Assigns commercial pickups to appropriate waste collection routes
Updates and maintains all assigned line of business routes in TRUX system
Prints and disperses route sheets to drivers as needed
Service as a single point of contact for all internal and external customers
Respond to customer inquiries – via phone and email and resolve customer billing problems through account corrections

Admin Duties:
Receiving and matching invoices for month-end A/P accruals
Ensures divisions PO log is accurate and complete and that invoices are paid or submitted for payment
Reviews division p-card batches for accuracy and enters division invoices into companies accounting system for check payments
Entering customer payment,
Reconciling intercompany transactions & preparing journal entries
Reconciling cash log
Collection calls on overdue accounts
Maintain appropriate files and documentation, in accordance with company policy and internal controls
Other duties as may be required

Requirements:
2-3 years of customer service/office admin experience
Excellent customer service skills / phone skills
Pleasant demeanor over the phone and emails
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Proven computer skills in such applications as Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong written and oral communication skills
Critical and logical thinking skills
