Responsibilities:

· Establish and maintain open communication with clients, management, and employees

· Listen to the client to know clear expectations, requirements, and concerns

· Schedule employees to jobsites with the ability to prioritize projects and tasks according to urgency

· Understanding of project drawings, contracts, and specifications in detail

· Building walkways and retaining walls etc. using brick and stone

· Landscape by planting flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes

· Responsible for the cultivation and care of grounds, mowing, plants flowers, pulls weeds, repairs to structures, and maintains outside of buildings

· Apply fertilizer to ground to enhance growth

· Cut down tree limbs that are posing a danger

· Trim shrubs and pull weeds

· Rake, mulch, and prune the grounds as needed

· On-going focus on profitability

· Balance good customer service and company goals into daily activities

· On-time completion of projects and Work Orders

· Maximize profitability through efficiency, cost control, and opportunity

· Build or improve relationships

· Resolve issues and concerns the client may have

· Resolve issues and concerns the employee may have

· Doing more than the minimum in all areas

· Be solution-oriented in all regards

· Organize and schedule appointments

· Assist in the preparation of estimates

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Communication with Project Managers on current workflow and booking times

Requirements:

· Proven experience as a project manager and hardscape

· Operate Heavy Equipment such as loader, backhoe, excavator, skid steer etc.

· Willingness to follow safety guidelines always

· Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Flexible hours

· Critical thinking

· Decision making skills

· Active listening

· Current/valid driver’s licence

· Clean Driver's Abstract and Criminal Clearance

· Steel toed safety boots (CSA approved)

· Well organized

· Able to follow direction

· Reliable

· Punctual
