RE/MAX Real Estate Administration Assistant

A top producing RE/MAX Real Estate Advisor has a great opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join my team! This is a fast paced environment and is responsible for processing real estate transactions for multiple listings with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. If you have a positive and friendly attitude, are well organized, self-motivated, and work well on your own or in a team environment, then this could be the job for you!

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

-Excellent written and oral English communication skills

-Process all the required paperwork for new listings, sales and purchases to the office administration staff

-Communicating and working with Real Estate brokers, Realtors and office administration staff

-Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner

-Intermediate to Advanced Computer knowledge is required (MS Word, Excel and Power Point)

-Prepare feature sheets, advertising and other marketing materials

-Attention to detail

-Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

-Filing and scanning documents

-Manage and maintain customer database and online advertisements

-Variety of other duties as required

Additional Assets:

-Prior experience in a real estate administration role

-Basic bookkeeping

-Multilingual

-Creative

-Experience with CRM's
