Our two rapidly growing business units, Global Reward Solutions (GlobalRewardSolutions.com) and Power2Motivate (Power2Motivate.com), are ready to hire an experienced BI Reporting Analyst to join our team at our new HQ in Markham, Ontario. Could it be you?

About the Opportunity:
This role is an integral part of our Business Process and Intelligence group. Working with Stakeholders you will create, interpret and develop new reports, dashboards, and data extracts as needed.

Responsibilities:
Produce reports, dashboards and scorecards for businesses, with focus on the following functions;
To understand objectives and deliver insights and commentary that can inform and shape business development
customer engagement
account management and business decision-making
Own the implementation of initiatives in support of overall business/function strategy
Conduct analysis to provide enhanced BI to inform management leadership team
Create complex and comprehensive BI reports and dashboards utilizing data infrastructure, localized data warehouse and external data sources
Validate the quality and integrity of the data included in the Reports and Dashboards
Work with business stakeholders to understand business objectives and develop valuable reporting and ad-hoc data extracts
Understand business drivers, definitions and metrics in order to interpret findings, take action and provide relevant direction
Develop complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional or enterprise level
Employ good understanding of reporting and BI tools, platforms, and techniques as well as strong knowledge of various data sources (and ability to connect to multiple data sources and systems relevant to the business unit supported)
Connect and query data or obtain the data and prepare summaries and reports
Support users on utilizing reports and/or data issues and train when required
Exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Proficiency with MS Office including advanced Excel skills
Familiarity with data sources (databases, CSV files, SharePoint)
Excellent verbal and written skills
Proven time management and attention to detail
Ability to coordinate and handle multiple projects in a fast paced environment

Nice to Have Qualification:
Bachelor degree preferred in a related field of study
Experience with BI tools i.e. Power BI
