We are looking for a Financial Services Manager to become a part of our team at a growing dealership. Previous FSM has been promoted within the group. If you are motivated by providing 100% customer satisfaction, and possess the following qualifications, then we should meet!
Job entails selling financial services products to service customers and sales customers during the vehicle purchase process (ie: Extended Warranties, Chemical Protection Products, Loan Insurances, and accessories).
Position is commission based, and involves performing credit applications and submission of paperwork and contracts. $90,000-$120,000 income expectations for qualified candidate. OMVIC License required.
-Must be able to cover off certain sales manager's duties when sales manager not on shift (appraising cars, assisting sales team with CRM and other sales process tasks)
-Must work effectively in a team atmosphere.
-Must possess exceptional attention to detail for paperwork (program forms, contracts, etc.) and communication between customers and dealership staff
-Maintain a professional demeanor when dealing with customers.
-Knowledge of the day-to-day operations in the Sales Department.
-Previous experience with 180/CDK/ADP an asset.
-Experience and understanding of the Ford Brand and First Canadian an asset.
