description of duties:
Transporting Truck, Equipment and tools undamaged and accounted for to and from jobs.
Greeting our customers, explaining our processes, answering questions, building rapport, and collecting a final payment when the job is complete.
Updating customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software when the job has been completed.
Setting up and taking down equipment before and after each job.
Performing the duct cleaning process on customers homes and commercial duct systems
Reporting to the Production Manager daily and weekly.
Attending weekly meetings to go over the truck and equipment.
