Manufactured from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles gogglesocs come in a variety of designs making them fun & fashionable as well as functional. The company strives to be on trend and agile to market conditions – making sure that we continue to dominate a product category that we have created.

The Ideal Candidate

We want to work with someone who loves the ski & snowboard industry. Over the past 3 years gogglesoc has experienced exponential growth by being adaptable to market conditions.

An integral part to the success of this role will be effective time management allowing the Candidate to manage several projects simultaneously in order to deliver a high level of service to internal & external stakeholders.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Management of the complete sales cycle
  • The processing of at once / repeat sales orders from gogglesoc B2B customers
  • Coordinating the distribution of premium merchandising
  • Working with our warehouse to ensure that all outbound shipments to customers are delivered within service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Management of internal sales platforms (e.g. CRM)
  • Training / coaching independent sales reps on sales platforms – providing support when required
  • Creating training manuals for internal & external distribution
  • Monthly reporting on gogglesoc sales across all channels and territories (incl. e-commerce)
  • The creation and distribution of monthly sales reports to independent sales representatives
  • Gathering feedback from sales reps & B2B customers and feeding this back into the internal decision making process enabling continuous improvement
  • Sourcing, responding to, and securing custom gogglesoc opportunities / inquiries
  • Initiating and nurturing relationships with gogglesoc retailers through check in calls
  • Management of mail chimp B2B communications
  • Ensuring that all existing and new customers are on-boarded correctly with all the required information received / provided
  • Monthly updates of gogglesoc’s online store locator
  • Help create, manage, maintain and communicate internal & external sales calendars / project plans
  • Help create and coordinate gogglesoc tradeshow presence (regional and national)
  • Work closely with operations on all stock levels
  • E-commerce customer service

Role Requirements

  • 2-3 years of professional experience in a fast moving sales-focused role
  • University degree
  • Self-motivated, reliable and diligent attitude
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer literacy — including Excel, Word, Google Sheets (a working knowledge of adobe illustrator & photoshop would be advantageous)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player, content to work independently
  • Full driving licence


  • Starting salary will be dependent on experience but will be competitive
  • Perks to be decided but there will be some relating to the ski industry and relevant to you
