Software Release Coordinator
The Release Coordinator (RC) is responsible for supporting and coordinating the Release lifecycle across the organization. The ideal candidate will plan and lead the activities related to the release of the complete WorkJam solution and the necessary updates; facilitate the release preparation meetings and ensure that the internal and external stakeholders are aligned for the upcoming release; and help to identify conflicts, dependencies and risks for the release and lead the effort to find solutions for those issues.

Support the preparation and coordination of the release Plan, covering the internal and external phases. Manage risks and help resolving issues that may affect the deliveries.
Monitor progress of application releases to secure on time deliveries.
Conduct regular release related meetings and follow-ups, including Go/No-Go reviews.
Monitor and escalate changes in scope or schedule.
Deploy internal and external SW releases to the appropriate systems.
Coordinate with QA the verification activities for the content of the release.
Support the Release Management Team by communicating release plans and changes across multiple stakeholders -upper management, Professional Services, Operations etc.
Maintain and complete release checklists for each deployment.
Monitor and ensure the all dependencies and migrations are taken in consideration for the release.
Coordinate the preparation and publishing of the Release notes.
Create and update tickets and versions in Jira related to the releases.
Work with Development and DevOps to understand and support the source code branches and merging of items.
Coordinate the activities during the deployment to Production and UAT environments.
Support the Release Management Team on process improvements and department efficiencies.
Maintain the Release Calendar.
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (SW, Engineering or related fields).
4+ years of experience as Release Coordinator, Software Project Manager, Scrum Manager coordinating technical teams in a fast pace technical company.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Good knowledge of Release management processes, including CI/CD environments.
Proven abilities managing scope, scheduling, scope and roll-back activities.
Good knowledge of software technologies, with previous experience as developer, QA or Project manager in a SW company using agile methodologies.
Proven ability to engage and work effectively with the different department inside the Company.
Advocate for Quality and timely releases.
Highly organized possessing excellent time management skills.
