Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager, this position provides friendly, attentive and
timely service to create an exceptional experience for guests.
Responsibilities and Accountability
Maintain a guest focus while performing duties.
Assume responsibility for the quality of guests’ experience.
Take beverage and food orders from guests and beverage orders from servers.
Present drink menus, make specific recommendations and answer questions
regarding food and beverage items.
Prepare garnishes for drinks and replenish snacks for bar patrons.
Ensure beverages are always prepared with fresh mixers and garnishes and
served with professional skill and flair.
Accept guest payment and process debit and credit cards.
Learn and promote the development’s services, facilities, and amenities and
be able to promote and direct guests accordingly.
Deal with multiple tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain a stocked bar with clean supplies and equipment.
Keep the bar and lounge area clean, neat and attractive.
Thank guests for visiting and inviting them to return.
Assist with training of new team members when necessary.
Adhere to government laws and Predator Ridge policies regarding the serving of
food and alcohol.
Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Predator Ridge
Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.
- Be proficient in the use of a POS computer system.
- Possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Must be able to work unsupervised.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
- Be able to work from late afternoon to as late as 2am.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
