Key positions and brief descriptions of opportunities within the caisse network.
Teller and Member Services Agent:
Greet, direct and serve clients in a courteous manner and carry out various financial transactions.
Financial Services Agent :
Work in collaboration with personal finance advisors and improve the service offered to members (administrative / sales / service).
As a Relationship Manager in a 360d location, help serve, prospect for, solicit, and develop and maintain business relationships with members and clients.
Personal Financial Advisor :
Attend to members’ investment and financing needs while ensuring quality service
Wealth Management Advisor:
- Interactive reception approach : Greet and provide prompt, proactive service to clients who come to the caisse, while being careful to follow Desjardins service standards to ensure a distinctive experience.
