To manage winery retail and experiences. L ead teams toward achieving goals and objectives by delivering world class hospitality, retail sales and winery experiences that build brand loyalty while driving sustainable profitability. To ensure programs and initiatives are aligned with winery brand strategy. Working with key wine associations to build destination awareness, driving consumers to us.


Leverage retail store and tasting bar to drive sales and achieve or exceed required results of revenue and expenses. Managing staff within the sales per labor objectives.
Identify and recommend margin enhancing opportunities throughout retail, experiences and offerings.
Ensure best in class experiences at the destinations that are well marketed and aligned to the brand, known as a place to visit within the community and out in the broader space (trip advisor etc.).
Hire and develop an integrated, motivated team with a positive work environment fostering teamwork in driving required results. Daily, Weekly communications with team as well as management on initiatives.
Providing exceptional service to trade visits and internal bookings as well as members. Event development and management related to the winery as well as brand, sales and marketing.
Work with local communities, such as attending regional tourism meetings, collaborating on integrated promotions, and creating partnerships with key stakeholders.

3-5 years in winery retail and hospitality, marketing
International Wine knowledge and experience
Leadership training
Diploma in Business
