We are currently looking for someone with great communicational skills and autonomy to provide technical support and assistance to our dairy customers. The Technical Representative will report to the Strategic Account Manager.
Maintain good relations with clients;
Make a regular visit to clients, according to a pre-established schedule set up in conjunction with the Strategic Account Manager;
Validate procedure being used and develop new procedures if required;
Check on the condition of cleaning systems and, if required, inform the customer and submit a request to the Technical Service Department;
Check on the efficiency of dosing systems;
Identify sales opportunities and report them to the Strategic Account Manager;
Help resolve cleaning issues;
Assist to optimize operational methods and budgets;
Support the sales plan and established sales objectives;
Prepare and detail reports and supply to relevant personnel;
Complete CRM/Portatour documentation and scheduling;
Manages the CEPSTM and CEPS PlusTM programs;
Conducts Sani Marc training sessions.
Relevant post-secondary education or relevant industry experience;
Knowledge of the dairy/bottling industry and CIP applications
Fluent in English, bilingual is an asset;
Experience in sales is an asset;
Organizational skills and effective time management;
Credible and persuasive;
Resourceful and analytical;
Mechanically minded and with problem-solving skills;
Flexibility regarding work schedule and availability to travel to the different provinces in western Canada.
Location: Western Canada (can be Vancouver, Calgary, Regina, or Winnipeg);
