Essential Responsibilities

Maintain training records (e.g. trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, courseware)

Manage training course skyline

Organize department training documents into updated electronics records management systems

Address training inquiries for employees’ and clients’ via email, phone or in-person

Create and update departmental practices in support of the WESCAM Quality Management System

Ensure training assets and related documentation have been properly aligned with scheduled training activities

Verify training location and related documentation is booked and properly set up for local and remote training activities.

Prepare and disseminate material (e.g. instructional notes, feedback forms, courseware)

Act as a point-of-contact for various departments, vendors, trainers, and participants

Resolve course related issues as they arise both before the course and during the conduct

Submit quarterly reports on training activities and results of conduct

Ensure training department, various departments, and vendors follow established WESCAM quality processes

Fill customer orders for the MX-Series eLearning courses, including burning of DVD’s, applying software licenses and tracking of activations

Administer collateral items for Customer Training

Printing of training certificates

Schedule and prepare agenda for department meetings

Packaging of course DVDs for instructors and customers

Coordinate shipping of training materials

Handle document submittals / releases via Team Center

Handle Technical Manual print orders

Maintain Export Control status log and assure appropriate permit applications are requested

Other duties as assigned
