Your Opportunity:
Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff consisting of Cleaner(s), Member Service Representative(s), and Trainer(s).

Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members, guests and ensure employees follow superior customer service guidelines.

Manage and/or oversee employee development and disciplinary activities.

Lead by example. Promote and maintain consistent accountability and adherence to company

policies and procedures.

Champion and embody our culture, mission and core values.

Create and manage schedules; maintain 100% accountability for covering all shifts within weekly budgeted hours.

Ensure safety of employees, members and club property.

Manage and resolve all member requests, questions and concerns.

Responsible for managing club participation in community outreach programs and special events.

Manage club ordering and inventory levels Track, achieve and maintain all required key performance indicators (KPIs).

Daily supervision of PCI compliance, cash management, and daily bank deposits.

What we are looking for:
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Strong listener and the ability to empathize and problem solve
  • Punctuality and reliability is a must
  • Exceptional customer service skills
