Enter vendor invoices, and Purchase orders in Quickbooks with Accurate GL coding

  • Set up supplier EFT and cheque payments to be approved by management and send remittances to vendors
  • Resolving issues with invoices such as purchase order discrepancies,
  • Respond to supplier/vendor queries
  • Vendor account reconciliations
  • Monthly Credit card reconciliations
  • Process payroll, ensure accuracy and compliance with Employment act (laws and regulations)
  • Process food allowances and employee expense reimbursements
  • Assist during month end and year end: journal entries, accruals, inter-company reconciliations as required

Qualifications

  • College Diploma or University Degree (Accounting preferred)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word, and Quickbooks online
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management skills, able to handle a large volume of work, meet deadlines and work in a fast paced, ever changing environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Great interpersonal skills, a positive, can-do attitude, highly customer service oriented and able to work well on a team
