Performing simple work estimates
Respond and follow up with clients on bid requests
Sourcing potential work
Schedule work in accordance with requests
Interacting with clients for job related inquiries
Job cost analysis
Internal job set up, applying job numbers and creating job files for field staff
Process payroll, payables and receivables
Attend and contribute to safety meetings
Aiding in the Scheduling of equipment repairs
Other duties as required

Requirements:
Post-secondary education is an asset
Courses in estimating, project management and personnel management considered as an asset
Competent with pertinent payroll and job set up requirements
Excellent organizational skills including prioritization and multi-tasking
Able to meet deadlines
Keen attention to detail to insure completeness and accuracy
Excellent communication skills for internal and external clients
Team player able to build relationships and mutual trust with fellow employees
Microsoft software package (primarily Word, Excel and Access), Outlook and Email, Heavy Bid, Heavy Job and JDE
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Able/willing to travel during the course of the day
Valid Driver’s License
