Compugen is looking for a strong bi-lingual (English / French) technical candidate specializing in Microsoft technologies with deep understanding and ability to design, plan and implement Microsoft-centric solutions with a focus on Cloud Productivity. The primary role of the Microsoft Cloud and Infrastructure Optimization (MCIO) Senior Consultant is to drive revenue and gross margin contribution through Microsoft services delivery, for a wide variety of customer scenarios. The candidate is also responsible for pre-sales contribution; specifically, detailed activities and level of effort for scoping and Statement of Work (SoW) preparation. Key performance metrics include delivery excellence (on-time, on-budget project delivery), continuous professional development, knowledge transfer, and customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the MCIO Engagement Manager, this role has a primary billable consulting responsibility, with a minor emphasis on pre-sales support, solution design and related activities, as assigned. Finally, as someone who is inventive, confident when challenged, and has demonstrated skill in customer expectation management, your contributions will empower our customers to achieve the most from their investment in Microsoft technology and Compugen. The candidate will need strong technical writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers, managers and executives on technical and business levels. Strong leadership, organization, time management, project management and negotiation skills are also desired.
Provide Microsoft subject matter expertise (SME) and consultative services to Compugen customers
Assist sales and Practice pre-sales teams with solution design & scoping for SoWs, RFPs and proposals
Lead and support MCIO services engagements and projects, and act as a point of escalation as required
Mentor, coach and support MCIO team members through knowledge transfer as required
Work in partnership with other line-of-business and Practices
Act as a technical lead/SME for MCIO, in an area of subject matter expertise
Provide quality assurance review of delivery artifacts, prior to customer distribution
Help develop and continuously refine MCIO delivery templates and framework
Help develop and participate in training and recommended certification paths
Documentation of Technical Implementation Blueprints and other templates for delivery guidance
Assist with the development of new MCIO solution offers and services, as required
Contribute to National MCIO revenue and gross margin targets, through direct billable utilization activities, and achieve personal billable utilization target, measured quarterly
Bi-lingual, written and spoken fluency in English / French
Broad Microsoft technical background with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing service delivery role
Proven ability to translate business outcomes and technical requirements to a set of design and engineering tasks

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

MCSE, MCITP designation or current equivalent
University Degree and/or related Technical Diplomas are strongly encouraged
