Responsibilities:
Performing all activities relating to handling residential and commercial real estate sales transactions from beginning to end, including:

Receiving, reviewing, preparing and processing documents for conveyance
Verifying file requirements and ensuring accurate completion of transactions
Review all documents submitted by Realtors® and verify that file is complete
Corresponding with clients, solicitors, mortgage brokers and REALTORS®
Provide lunchtime phone reception duties as required

Education & Qualifications:
Good computer and technical skills
Minimum 3 years experience in Real Estate Conveyance, preferred
Familiarity with LoneWolf (a plus), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Degree or Diploma in Admin. or Legal is a plus
