High-Level Description:
The RMA Maximo (Analyst) provides local technical support and training on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). They also prepare essential reports and metrics to ensure efficient and effective maintenance management. They assist with field verification to ensure accuracy of information within the CMMS. The RMA Maximo works with the local maintenance group to ensure new assets are entered into Maximo and the correct maintenance plan is applied, conversely when assets need to be removed from service or retired.

Specific Accountabilities:
Maximo Support and Administration:
Request Maximo access for new users.
Provide field technical support for Maximo issues.
Assist region staff in locating information in Maximo.
Provide Maximo training to technical supervisors, planners, technicians, PLM, and other stakeholders that utilize Maximo.
Provide support to PLM and Operations Services groups for incorporation of their duties into MAXIMO.
Communicate Maximo technical issues to Operations Services and represent Region interests in Maximo review meetings.
Communicate Maximo changes and initiatives to affected Region staff.

Maximo Data Management:
Maintain Region’s preventative maintenance module in Maximo as identified by Enbridge technical committees (i.e. Maintenance Advisory Team (MAT), PLM Technical Committee, and Terminal Operations Committee).
Manage Regional crew set-up and PM assignment.
Collaborate with the Engineering Information Management Analyst and Planners to integrate new project Maximo functional tags, PMs, and asset records into the existing system.
Provide support to optimize PM due dates to facilitate resource balancing and outage coordination.
Create functional tags for new process locations and correct functional tag errors.
Provide local support for updating material transfers – moving or modifying assets.
Assign/de-assign assets to functional tags.
Update asset records with attachments (i.e. motor and pump rebuild reports, etc.)
Collaborate with Planners to develop BOM (Bill of Materials) specifications in Maximo.
Work in conjunction with the Maintenance Planner to maintain and report KPI performance in accordance with the Work Execution Management Standards.

Report Generation:
Generate and distribute weekly PM completion reports.
Generate and distribute monthly and annual maintenance KPI reports.
Generate compliance reports as requested by the Region Compliance Coordinator.
Generate environmental reports as requested by the Region Environmental Coordinator.
Generate AO (Abnormal Operations) reports for the Region Supervisors.
Generate PM look ahead reports for technical supervisors and planners.
Generate adhoc reports as requested by stakeholders.

Scope/Dimensions:
Responsible for data management within the maintenance management system. • Local contact for Maximo issues. • Ability to work alone and manage workloads. • Ability to collaborate and work with others. • Ability to read, interpret, and apply documented MAXIMO and Work Execution Management standards in any given situation. • Ability to follow safety and operational procedures.

Required:
Post-secondary diploma or certificate or 3 years of related experience.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong documentation skills.
Strong computer skills, (Microsoft Word and Excel Programs)
Good organizational and time management skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledgeable in oil/gas pipeline operations is desirable.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Self-motivated.
Able to independently analyze problems, and recommend solutions proactively.

Preferred:
Experience using computerized maintenance management system (Maximo, SQL database)
General knowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment in oil/gas industry.
