Job Summary

IPG Pharmaceuticals is growing rapidly! We are currently searching for an outgoing, energetic and results driven Entry Level or Junior Inside Sale Representative to prospect new clients. The ideal candidates must have previous experience working in call center or inside sale position. You will be assigned to a specific territory in which you have to find the client and open new accounts.

Pharmaceutical Sales, Permanent Full-Time, $35 000/Year + Commission

  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
  • Understand customer needs and requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1 year plus of sales experience
  • 1 year plus of client engagement
  • 1 year plus of customer services
  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
  • Experience working with a CRM software
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong knowledge of networking and sales
  • Superior problem-solving skills, attentive to detail, and strong client focus
