As an Summer Student Intern, PC Insiders Subscription, you will be responsible for special projects, business cases, market research initiatives and executing our new Subscription Program activities as well as daily program operations for Digital Initiatives at PC Bank. This entails; analyzing data to improve performance results, provide insights through market research and business cases about recurring revenue landscape, support all customer touchpoints throughout lifecycle and all day-to-day activity.

What you'll do:
Work on day-to-day operations of our new Subscription Program which include: customer acquisition, account management, upsell/cross-sell, marketing, customer support, digital experience, reporting and insights
Conduct analyses, research, and business cases on specific product development areas that enable the product team to execute on our strategy and optimize as required
Support in product enhancements to align with business goals and leveraging inputs from various key internal and external stakeholders

What you'll need

3+ years towards your ongoing University degree in business, science, engineering and/or marketing
Proven business case development, storytelling, and presentation skills
High-energy, results-driven enthusiasm with the resilience and persistence to drive sustainable business success
Capable of operating in a fast-paced environment with the skills to complete projects within aggressive timelines
