ACCOUNTABILITIES: What RYAM expects you to do


Promote and provide a safe workplace, seek improvements, support Health & Safety Program.
Maintain strong customer relationships to maximize customer satisfaction.
Maintain close working relationships between Inside Sales and:
Sales & Marketing Management, Account Managers and other Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs);
Paperboard mill (traffic, shipping, technical, production)
Corporate credit;
Vendors (converters).
Provide superior customer service.
Provide emergency “on call” sales service to customers and mill personnel.
Attend weekly conference calls to better understand customers’ needs.
Report to Manager, Inside Sales.


Provide price and delivery quotations and make follow-up calls to obtain orders.
Provide order fulfillment service (order entry, production planning, inventory management, traffic/shipping, invoicing, and handling customer complaints).
Enter and maintain reliable information in the Company’s systems.
Promote continuous improvement by resolving issues at root cause.
Manage inventory programs.
Participate in cost reduction programs within Inside Sales Group.
Improve order fulfillment system by enhancing work processes, developing reports, and troubleshooting everyday operational issues.
Provide assistance to Demand Planning & Customer Program Coordinator to maintain stock requirements.
Provide backup for other ISRs in times of absence or work overflow.

REQUIREMENTS: What you bring to our workplace

Education: University degree or equivalent.
Experience: 5 years in a related field would be an asset.
Communication skills and an aptitude for numbers.
Creative team player who delivers under pressure.
Bilingual: French is required and must be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
