A busy insurance brokerage company located in Metrotower is hiring a permanent full time admin assistant.

Duties: devising and maintaining office systems, including data management and filing; screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate;meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority;dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager;taking dictation and minutes;producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations; liaising with managers, clients, suppliers, and other staff.

Qualification: Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Must be positive and eager to learn
Must be a team player
Knowledge in insurance is an asset
