PURPOSE OF JOB
Create, implement, and support Services’ business processes that drive sales and profit goals in the category.
Provide business support to internal and external stakeholders that support strategic initiatives, sales plans, the building of knowledge throughout the organization.
Coordinate project deployments, including projects of an IT nature that support the business
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Services Program Maintenance (40%)
Assist with the successful creation, implementation, and ongoing support of a National Retail solutionshop Workflow Standards.
Assist with the successful creation, implementation, and ongoing support of Workflow standards in solutionshop
Key point of contact for Salesforce vendor partners; responsible for vendor onboarding & ongoing troubleshooting with vendor partners, including monitoring Purchase order process to ensure integrity of vendor payments & invoice reconciliations
Assist in the creation of Learning & Development initiatives related to solutionshop operational processes, technology & sales offering.
Create, pilot, maintain, update & automate business support tools as required (i.e.-Retail store order form & digital order intake systems)
Deliver ad-hoc reporting to the leadership team to support sales and operational initiatives
Solutionshop Projects Development (40%)
Assume leadership role on assigned Operations projects that aim to resolve key business challenges in solutionshop by defining the problem, analyzing underlying causes, proposing solutions, testing updates, and monitoring outcomes that lead to updated business practices
Support cross functional projects with the Business Services team that require Operational input.
Support organizational initiatives by creating effective communication strategies to be deployed through standard communication channels visible to all levels of store management.
Business Support (Analytics & Reporting) (20%)
Measure and report key business data
Assists in the development Operational & project related reporting
Prepare business presentations to summarize business efforts & business performance
KNOWLEDGE / SKILL REQUIREMENTS
Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft Office Applications
Knowledge in Access & SQL databases is an asset
PHYSICAL DEMANDS / WORKING CONDITIONS
Experience in cloud-based CRM and Microsoft SQL is recommended
University Degree/College Diploma or equivalent
