The Opportunity

Pureways Property Services is looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant between the age 20 - 30 to join our team on a Full-Time basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and respond to incoming calls and inquiries
  • Collect client information and Input client requests
  • Review daily and weekly schedule for availability
  • Send invoices, collect payments, and send receipts
  • Provide Customer Service and Support to existing and new clients
  • Provide administrative support to field technicians
  • Complete opening and closing duties
  • Manage social media posts and engagement

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of administration and reception experience
  • Available Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Attention to detail
  • Staying organized in a busy work environment
  • Post-Secondary or High School Diploma
  • Previous Administration and Reception experience
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Driver's License
  • Bondable
