Regional Sales Representative

We're looking for a regional sales representative to proactively own the entire sales process and be able to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. You'll work directly with the sales and operations team on all aspects of account management and sales analysis to further expand Localcoin across existing and new territories and drive the business forward.

Localcoin is looking for someone who is passionate about sales, will take full ownership for their work and projects, and believe in a transparent and collaborative culture with the goal of making Localcoin successful. This position is based out of our head office in Toronto, Ontario and reports to our Director of Operations & Sales. Frequent travel is required within North America.

What you'll do:
Your core focus will be to sell our Bitcoin ATM solutions across agreed territories

You will be involved in all aspects of account management including: relationship management, product demonstrations, product setup and delivery

You will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle: research, cold calling, contract negotiation, sales closing

Work closely with the Director of Sales to develop relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospective organizations to acquire new business

You will analyze and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes

You will travel to client sites to conduct sales activities

Lead all relative activities and alignment of required resources across Localcoin and third parties to ensure the successful and timely closing of sales

Be accountable for and take ownership of all objectives, deliverables and commitments to these clients and internal stakeholders related to the execution of new business

Help maintain positive relationships with clients by appropriately directing any service, delivery and billing issues

Develop strategic account plans to identify opportunities to grow pipeline, sell Localcoin products and services and maximize revenue

Data entry of new contacts and leads data into the CRM systems

Creation and tracking of outbound Sales Metrics/KPIs

Attending sales meetings with the sales executives and undertaking presentations and demos of Bitcoin ATM solutions

The Sales Specialist is responsible for supporting the achievement of new business acquisitions and quarterly goals of the sales team

Working closely with sales, customer support and marketing teams

Educate prospective customers and clients on the benefits of Localcoin products

Where and when necessary, attending industry conferences and generating new contacts and leads from conference attendance

Who you are:
Have extensive sales experience, preferably in the fintech or financial services/brokerage industry

Ideally, you will have a background working with a global technology company and have the ability to conceptualize and build value propositions that deliver a compelling message

You have the ability to operate in an entrepreneurial high-growth culture

You will be a "Hunter" rather than a "Farmer"

You are a strong solution sales professional with a proven record of achieving/exceeding quarterly targets

Strong and demonstrated interest/knowledge in the cryptocurrency market

You love crypto and blockchain, and are eager to quickly learn the Localcoin product set
