Our North Shore boutique waterfront hotel is currently seeking a new part-time team member for our very busy Front Desk.

The ideal candidate must have at least one year previous hotel front desk experience, be fluent in English (both written and spoken) and possess some post-secondary hospitality education. If you have an outgoing, be reliable, detailed oriented personality, excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills and you enjoy people, like a busy working environment and enjoy being part of team, we are looking for you.

Front Desk Agent will be required to the responsibilities listed below but are not limited to the following:

Register arriving guests and assign rooms, Take, cancel and change hotel room reservations, Provide information on hotel facilities and services, Provide general information about points of interest in the area, Provide information about services available in the community, Process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, follow emergency and safety procedures.

Shifts will vary, so you must be available all days of the week (including weekend/holidays) and be able to work AM/MID/PM shifts.

We offer an industry competitive starting wage base on your experience. Performance and sales bonuses are available after three months, health and dental benefits after 3 months.
